Paula has been designing and creating beautiful bespoke cakes for couples for more than 30 years. Nominated several times in the Wedding Industry Awards, she has been a finalist on four occasions and highly commended twice. Paula specialises in classical and contemporary wedding cakes and delights in bringing your ideas to life.
For over 30 years Paula from Cakes By Paulie has specialised in creating elegant wedding cakes for couples throughout South East Queensland.
Utilising nothing but fresh ingredients all of Paula’s cakes are hand-made in her fully licensed kitchen at Redland Bay. A variety of flavours are available including favourites such as chocolate mud cake, red velvet cake and the very traditional fruit cake.
Paula also delights in creating engagement, novelty birthday and christening cakes and can also provide cupcakes, cookies or cake pops if you would prefer something more modern. If you need a cupcake stand, one can be provided free of charge, although a refundable security deposit is required.
Cakes By Paulie can arrange to deliver your cake within the Redlands area and any delivery will also include set up of the cake at the venue.
